Room at newly-built apartment next to Neos Kosmos metro station

Hello! I’m looking for a short-term roomate to share the apartment where I do currently live and work. The apartment is fully furnished and has a big sunny balcony. The room offered is relativeley small, it fits a 2p bed and a large closet. To make accomodation pleasant for both of us,  I’m interested for a roomate for several months each time.
