400 per month and 400 deposit.  for long term.  for less than 6 months the rent is 500 per month.

I am renting a room, fully furnished, jwith large closets and private balcony, in a large 2 bedroom apartment in Ampelokipi.   It is a maisonette on the 5th and 6th floor, 110 sqm,  with large balconies in both floors and great Acropolis views.  One of the best rooms in Athens!  For one person only! The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, 2 baths, air condition, washing machine, storage space, etc.  It is a 15min walk from the Metro station Ampelokipi. It is shared with one person, a male professional, in my 50’s.  I am looking for a male or female roommate, quite, respectful, punctual on payments, and with experience in shared living. 400 euro all bills included.  and 400 deposit.  For long term.  6 months or more for this price.  For smaller period the price is higher.
